Kristen - I'm so sorry your friend is leaving you for a while. I lost my best friend three years ago and it is funny I saw this on your site today because I promised her I would make each grandchild a quilt when they were born and I have been working on one today for her granddaughter. It brought my friend a deep sense of comfort to know the "stories" would continue and I know Eli feels that with you as well. I can't help but think - what a wonderful thing to have been your friend, I'm sure you are a source of great comfort for her. You will all be in my prayers. Teresa Hughes
Your video was fantastic and it shows how much you love her. I know her family will treasure it always too! I hope God gives you all strength during this difficult time!
Dear friend i am so sorry! I now what Eli means to you and I know you will be there for her kidos. Your memories will be their memories. They are so blessed that you can share with them. They will know her bc she is a part of you. i am praying for you all!
Kristin - Thank you for sharing your pictures with us. I too loved Elizabeth and am not sure what I am going to do without her. She was always there for all of us and never expected anything in return for her love and support. The world will be a much different world without her and her smile. Judy Benitez
What an amazing tribute. All I can think of seeing it is that one can only hope to live a life that happy. Her smile seemed captivating and infectious and I am SURE it will be beaming down on all of you for as long as you are here on this Earth. Many Prayers and Blessings... God Bless
I didn't know her, but from the looks of those pictures, her smile never left her. You created a beautiful slide show.
May God bring you and your family peace and comfort. Praying for you...
Kristin,
I am so sorry for your loss. I know how much you cared for Eli If there is anything I can do for you, let me know.
I am soooo sorry that makes me cry! I am praying for all of the family, bless your heart!
SUch a beautiful tribute! I had been around Elizabeth a few times as we had a mutual friend and just remember her smile and her contagious laugh. My thoughts are with you and her family...
Kristen - I'm so sorry to hear about your cousin and friend. Watching the video brought back lots of raw emotion for me as I relived what we went through with Shauna - my sister - my best friend. You have such a precious heart and God will fill it up when you are feeling empty and need Him. Rest in Him. I'll be praying for you and the family. Love, Shelly Coll
Hey Mrs Bednarz!! We'll your website kept me up again last night, then I came upon this post and I was up even later. I met Elizabeth back in 1991-92 when she lived under my girlfriends at Woodcrest apartments. My memory is horrible from back in those days but your pictures helped recall some of my early 20's in Lubbock with the girls--she was one of them. My heart sunk last night when I realized and remembered her and Garret dating and all. It's crazy how good friends come and go as you move around and marry etc...but she for sure back in those years was a good friend, I feel blessed to have known her. We for sure had some good times out together at Cowpokes and the Rodeo and such....I'll find the pictures and email them to you. I can hear her laugh right now, very contagious! That's what I remember most about her, her sweet heart and her laugh!!
I pray for you all, especially her babies and Garret!!
