computer woes

Don't worry! All files were backed up, however, I did lose emails from the past week, so if you were trying to get in touch with me when my computer troubles started, and I haven't contacted you back, PLEASE, please, try emailing or calling me again.

I apologize for the inconvience and hassle and hopefully, Dell technical support will never have to speak to me again.
